Falling Awake: Realizing Your Fullest Potential

I’m excited to announce a wonderful leadership and personal development opportunity that I am helping to organize in May. I’ve attended two of these workshops and they were transformative for me professionally, personally, and in my relationships. I’m so committed to this that I’ve agreed to organize the next workshop May 21-23, 2016 at Macalester College.

I’d like to invite you to consider attending Falling Awake: Realizing Your Fullest Potential – a 2 1/2 day workshop led by Dave Ellis – a leadership coach and facilitator. Dave has coached numerous high performers including a Nobel Peace Prize winner and an NBA head coach. He has written 7 books including Falling AwakeLife Coaching, and Becoming a Master Student, the best selling college textbook in the US for over 20 years.

The workshop is a unique experience as you join with about 75 others to work on getting clarity about what you want, solving your biggest challenges, and creating concrete plans to realize your fullest potential. Although you are engaged in the process with the others in the workshop, it is also a very personal process as you don’t really share what you are working on with others, just the potential solutions. Dave provides some short 5-10 minute lectures and prompts and activities to help you think. The other participants provide support and energy to help you think differently.

By attending two of these workshops in the past, I’ve taken away great nuggets on life, awesome activities to use to lead groups, skills to improve my leadership, great connections/relationships, and solutions to my biggest challenges in just about every aspect of my life. It seems like a lot to gain from a weekend workshop, but I’ve found that it has been transformative for just about everyone who has attended – although transformative in different ways. About one-third of the participants will be folks who have attended past workshops and come back to gain even more.

If you are interested in learning more, you can sign-up for free a 60 minute webinar that takes place each month to check it out – no strings attached – just enter your info in the boxes on the left under “Webinar” on this page and they’ll send you the info to connect. You can also check out the workbook Falling Awake. It is a great way to begin the self-exploration and discovery process. It is also a low cost way to decide if this is a good fit for you before investing in yourself (time and money) through the full weekend experience.

I hope you’ll consider joining us for this unique opportunity.
